Harshita Chandra
Harshita Chandra is the Founder and CEO of Upcycleluxe, India’s first carbon-neutral marketplace for sustainable fashion and lifestyle. An engineer-turned-fashion technologist, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative insight to conscious commerce.
With over a decade of experience across the fashion and retail ecosystem, Harshita has worked with leading export houses, merchandising firms, and global brands, gaining deep exposure to design, supply chains, and the environmental impact of the industry. Her early experiences with the realities of fast fashion inspired her to build solutions rooted in sustainability.
She began her journey with upcycling, transforming factory waste into products, before scaling the idea into Upcycleluxe, a platform that brings together sustainable Indian brands and promotes conscious consumption. Under her leadership, the platform also integrates science-backed tools to measure environmental impact, empowering consumers to make informed choices.
Kartikey Chandra
Kartikey Chandra, an alumnus IIM Rohtak, is the co-founder and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of Upcycleluxe, a sustainability-led online marketplace that reimagines sustainable living as an aspirational lifestyle.
He founded Upcycleluxe after recognising that sustainability in India was often perceived as either too niche or associated with costly products. His vision was to connect customers from various walks of life to eco-friendly products that are desirable, simple, and culturally relevant to both traditional and modern consumers.
Under his leadership and marketing expertise, the platform has collaborated with various Indian companies and global organisations like JP Morgan Chase and continues to build a growing sustainable ecosystem of Indian sustainable brands and conscious consumers.
Shubham Jain
Shubham Jain is the Co-founder and CFO of Upcycleluxe, a serial entrepreneur with a Computer Science background, focused on building scalable and sustainable businesses. Since co-founding the platform, he has been instrumental in shaping its financial strategy, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
With a strong foundation in technology and a results-driven entrepreneurial mindset, Shubham brings a unique balance of innovation and financial discipline. His experience across ventures enables him to build systems that are not only efficient but also commercially viable and future-ready.
